Customer challenge
AEG required an efficiently priced Digital Signage Software solution that could manage their complex scheduling requirements for each one of the London singular venues.
In addition, each manager of the venues requested MALER Digital Signage to operate the scheduling and monitoring of each of the networks.
Solution
Following an in-depth analysis, MALER Digital Signage completed a full system integration, adapting the new installed networks outside and inside the The O2 in late 2016. There are three main pieces of software responsible for a multi-company, multi-platform digital signage system:
- Fujitsu’s TELentice Enterprise allows us to create venue as independent network, associate specific content to be multi-venue and actually share specific advertising. It is also the tool that generates the booking and material registration as well as the distribution server that talks to each one of the systems. It holds and serves all content and scheduling.
- MALER AEG Scheduling Tool is a simple web interface specifically designed by MALER Digital Signage to meet the requirements of each of the venues. It grows along with our customer requirements and provides a full accountability of the scheduling.
- MALER AEG Monitoring System is one of the most complex monitoring projects managed by MALER Digital Signage. Each venue has an independent TELentice Monitor Interfaces fully integrated with the different Panel Brands Interfaces; a made-to-measure tool that allows complete control and reporting capabilities of their own digital network, with added capability to share specific advertising.
At the same time, the TELentice Splitter re-directs each of the venues monitoring traffic to a main AEG monitor were all the systems report live.
